This campaign combined digital, OOH, wholesale, convenience, and grocery activations to engage 38 million UK gamers. Digital efforts included Twitch, TikTok, influencers, and social media, complemented by bus T-sides, 6-sheets, and experiential events. Retail activations spanned WOW displays, 3D standees, FSDUs, gondola trays, shelf strips, and a “Buy-Scan-Win” mechanic on 67 million sleeved bottles, offering Halo Infinite rewards.
High-quality POS materials, including 15,000 items, featured striking designs tailored for gamers, such as 3D standees and walk-in displays. These elements balanced impact and ease of setup, amplifying engagement. The omnichannel approach ensured seamless integration across touchpoints, elevating both shopper and retailer participation.
Awarded for its creativity and results, the campaign blended theatrical in-store presence, bold graphics, and effective messaging to drive brand awareness and relevance. Increased sales and ROI (+£3.9M uplift, 5.64:1 ROI) underscored its success. Targeting independents, forecourts, convenience stores, wholesalers, and supermarkets, displays were strategically placed to maximize visibility.
With mechanics like the “Buy-Scan-Win” Halo Infinite promotion and retailer competitions, the campaign reached shoppers effectively, inspiring participation. Digital reach (37M media and 10M social impressions) and in-store impact boosted awareness and sales, achieving unparalleled brand penetration and shopper engagement.
